Under privacy regulations like GDPR and CCPA, you have the right to request deletion of your personal data. This form allows you to submit a data deletion request for your Visoro account and associated information.

What Will Be Deleted

When you submit a deletion request, we will remove:

• Your account information and profile data
• Processing history and saved preferences
• Images stored in your account (if any)
• Communication history with our support team
• Analytics data that can be linked to your account

What We May Retain

For legal and security reasons, we may retain:

• Aggregated, anonymized analytics data
• Transaction records required for tax and accounting purposes
• Information necessary to comply with legal obligations
• Data needed to resolve ongoing disputes or enforce our terms

Processing time: Up to 30 days as required by law

Alternative: Account Deactivation

If you're not ready for permanent deletion, you can temporarily deactivate your account through the mobile app settings. This will:

• Disable your account without deleting data
• Stop all processing and notifications
• Allow you to reactivate later if desired
• Automatically delete images after 90 days of inactivity
