Description of Service

Visoro is a mobile application that provides AI-powered image editing tools including:

  • Image upscaling (2× and 4× resolution enhancement)
  • Photo restoration (deblurring and denoising)
  • Text-to-image generation
  • Image-to-image transformation
  • Background removal and replacement

Our services are powered by third-party AI providers including fal.ai and Replicate.

User Accounts

Account Creation

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
  • One person may not maintain multiple accounts

Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Visoro for:

  • Processing images that violate copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
  • Creating, distributing, or processing illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Generating deepfakes or misleading content intended to deceive
  • Processing images of individuals without proper consent
  • Reverse engineering or attempting to extract our AI models
  • Automated or bulk processing that could overload our systems
  • Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations

Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain ownership of the images you upload and process through Visoro. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your images as necessary to provide our services.

Generated Content

For AI-generated images created through our text-to-image feature:

  • You receive full commercial usage rights to generated images
  • Generated images are not subject to copyright by Visoro
  • You are responsible for ensuring generated content complies with applicable laws

Our Intellectual Property

The Visoro app, website, and our proprietary technology remain our exclusive property and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Subscription and Billing

Free and Premium Services

  • Basic features are available for free with usage limitations
  • Premium subscriptions unlock unlimited processing and advanced features
  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time

Refund Policy

  • Subscription fees are generally non-refundable
  • Refunds may be provided at our discretion for technical issues
  • App store refund policies apply for mobile purchases

Service Availability

While we strive for high availability:

  • We do not guarantee 100% uptime or uninterrupted service
  • Maintenance and updates may temporarily affect service availability
  • Third-party AI service limitations may impact processing capabilities
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with notice

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Visoro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time:

  • You may delete your account and stop using our services
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
  • Upon termination, your right to use Visoro ceases immediately
  • We will delete your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws and regulations. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
